George Cooper Rudolph has represented residential and commercial real estate developers during 5 different decades, each of which has presented unique challenges and profound changes to the real estate industry. Mr. Rudolph’s experience includes everything involved in property acquisition, entitlement, improvement, sale, and leasing. Based upon his broad experience and success litigating in these areas, clients began asking Mr. Rudolph to act as ongoing counsel, a role in which the firm continues. The firm is particularly proud of the role it has played, representing clients in the development and sale of planned unit developments in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.
The firm has represented owners and title insurance companies in litigation, concerning virtually every kind of title dispute that can arise. This experience has included, among others, cases involving fraudulent deeds, encumbrances, and liens; lot line and encroachment disputes; easements; and claims among joint owners and asserted joint owners.
